The International Civil Society Support (ICCS ) and International Council of AIDS Service Organisations (ICASO) has produced a matrix that provides a list of key recommendations made during communities and civil society consultations held to provide input into the development of the Global Fund strategic plan 2017-21. The intention in preparing this summary is to ensure that the rich and diverse comments are documented and available to the Communities and NGO delegations in their deliberations on the strategy and to provide background for future consultations.
