REPOSTING: Register now to be part of this historic first ever TB survivors summit ahead of the 50th union world conference on lung health

Are you a survivor of TB and other lung diseases? Will you be in Hyderabad, India for the 50th Union World Conference on Lung Health (30 October to 2 November)? If so, then this call is for you!

This first ever Survivors Summit (29 October) will take place prior to the main conference. Participants will discuss the most pressing challenges facing survivors in their regions, and will also develop regional action plans outlining key issues related to policy, advocacy and science that are essential to keeping survivors and affected communities central to the global fight for lung health.

These are critical advocacy movements to holding governments accountable for commitments to lead the development of people-centred health systems and solutions. A Survivors Statement – written by participants – will be presented to conference delegates at the opening ceremony of the Union World Conference.
