The Global Network of Young People Living with HIV, Y+ Global is managing the implementation of the HER Voice Fund in 13 Global Fund priority countries.
The second request for proposals (RFP) is open to networks and organisations, community groups and civil society organisations in Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi and Namibia working with adolescent girls and young women. More information is accessible here.
Applications can be submitted in the the following four areas:
- Gathering information and stories for adolescent girls and young women advocacy;
- Training and mentoring for policy and advocacy work;
- AGYW engagement in policy and advocacy;
- Monitoring and accountability.
Applications from organisations should demonstrate their capacity to work with and engage adolescent girls and young women from all levels including and not limited to district, regional and national level. Based on eligibility and proposals, successful networks or organisations will receive a maximum of 9,000 Euros for activities.

The HER Voice Fund recently received 526 proposals from Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Zambia with deadlines for Mozambique and Cameroon extended to the 17 and 20 of April respectively. The team has started to review applications and shortlisted organisations which will be reviewed by the HER Voice Fund Project Advisory Group. Applications will receive feedback within 30 working days.
