The Centre for Gender Violence and Health is seeking to hire a research fellow to join their team at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s finest researchers working to prevent violence against women and girls.
The post holder will be expected to engage with a wide range of projects across the Centre’s portfolio, with an emphasis on building a community or practice around drivers of violence against women and girls (VAWG) and social norms that sustain sexual violence against children. In addition, the incumbent will work with Senior Lecturer, Lori Heise, to support work on primary prevention of intimate partner violence.
The position requires a Master’s degree/PhD (or equivalent) in research-oriented social sciences, and experience working on gender equality and violence against women or children. For more information and to apply see: https://jobs.lshtm.ac.uk/Vacancy.aspx?ref=LHRF
